SHE Specialist
To ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) standards and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices across all customer sites, in compliance with local regulations and Group standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures
• Support the development and implementation of Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.
• Maintain the SHE Management System in accordance with ISO standards and relevant legal requirements.
• Collect and analyze SHE performance data, conditions, and practices for reporting.
