SHE Manager

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Risk Management / Auditing or Engineering
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role within an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge of the OHSAct, DIFR/LTIFR system, ISO 14001, ISO 9000, ISO 45001, Construction Regulations, National Building Regulations, COIDA, relevant SANS Codes
• Sound knowledge of Environmental Management Systems
• Team player with sound interpersonal skills and strong relationship building ability
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to influence various stakeholders to follow risk management strategies
• Ability to plan, organize, co-ordinate and facilitate
