SHE Manager

The Safety, Health and Environment Manager manages and coordinates all safety, health and environment programs, processes and activities in order to maintain a compliant and safe work environment. The SHE Manager will develop the local strategy to deliver legal compliance and ensure execution of BC Standards. This role will assure the implementation of programs to drive reduction of safety incidents and environmental harmful impact. The SHE Manager leads and manages SHE related incidents on site. This role provides guidance and support on relevant SHE matters. The SHE Manager is a member of the Plant Management Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

• Designs, maintains and leads the implementation of the local safety and environmental management systems
