Job Description
- Provide professional SHE advice and support to country / business unit management teams and continuously engage with them in order to secure and strengthen their commitment to SHE.
- Promote, display, encourage and reinforce positive behaviours, in line with the Rentokil Initial’s values and behaviours.
- Recognise and promote the commercial benefits of effective SHE management and provide support to enable the business to differentiate the business's services and meet market / customer SHE demands and expectations.
- Maintain an effective working knowledge of SHE legislation, company requirements, best practice and the country / business unit activities.
- Secure and manage financial resources for SHE plans.
- Develop, implement and maintain effective SHE management systems to ensure compliance with SHE legislation, group / divisional policies and requirements and any other requirements to which the business subscribes.
