Job Description
We are looking for a SHE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of Safety, Health, and Environment programs across our operations. This role ensures compliance with Philippine OSH laws and company standards, promotes a safe workplace, and supports continuous improvement in safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor company safety, health, and environmental programs
• Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards (RA 11058 and related IRRs)
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
• Facilitate safety trainings, toolbox meetings, and drills
• Maintain safety documentation, permits, and regulatory reports
