Sheet Metal CAD Operator role at Bluesteel Industries, Inc.

Interpret customer requirements using design software and convert customer designs into drawings applicable for sheet metal fabrication.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares production drawings from customer requirements.
• Converts folded/bended parts into blank-size (open-drawing) to suite in sheet‑metal raw material required in turret punching and laser cutting.
• Formulates Work Order Process Sheet (WOPS) based on manufacturing requirements of products.
• Evaluates materials, tools, and processes of new product inquiries.
• Identifies checkpoints for QA inspection.

Qualifications / Skills Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a vocational diploma / short course certificate, bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
