Sheet Metal Fabricator – Weekend Shift (Work 3 Days, Get Paid Full-Time)

$23.00 – $28.00/hr • Greater Green Bay, WI • 100% Onsite • Weekend Shift Reclaim your week: Work three 12-hour shifts (Friday – Sunday), secure full-time pay and benefits, and enjoy 4 consecutive days off every single week Build a long-term home with a stable, family-owned custom sheet metal manufacturer featuring deep backlogs and full tuition reimbursement
EXPERIENCE PROFILE 1+ year of professional, hands-on press brake operation, precision metal forming setup, and custom fabrication background

BLUEPRINT LITERACY Complete capability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, structural blueprints, and layout specs independently

WORK SCHEDULE Premier Weekend Shift configuration: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 12-hour days. Get your full-time hours knocked out in just 3 days and enjoy a permanent 4-day weekend (Monday – Thursday).
