Shelter Services Manager

The incumbent is responsible for the direct and indirect supervision of staff and of non-supervisory staff through one or more subordinates. They provide direction concerning current tasks or consults in assignments. They have input into human resource decisions hiring, termination or disciplinary decisions.The incumbent is responsible for providing direction, vision and leadership and to assess on a continual basis the effectiveness of the Shelter Services Programs. The Shelter Services Manager provides leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies and programs to meet the identified needs of our clients.
