An ever expanding Mining Company based in the Northern Cape Province, has a challenging opportunity for a SHERQ Officer. The ideal candidate will do the SHERQ planning, organising and administration. They also be responsible for the SHERQ reporting and support. This is the perfect opportunity to add that cutting edge, mining experience to your career.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
•Grade 12
•Competent A Certificate Surface Mining
•National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Safety Management / Risk Management
•Blasting Certificate / Rock Breaking MQA equivalent qualification
•Artisan Trade Test (Red Seal)
•10 years operational Safety / SHERQ Officer experience in a Mining Environment
•5 years operational Risk assessment experience in a Mining
