SHES PTW Coordinator

Job Summary: The SHES PTW Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling the Permit to Work (PTW) system to ensure all high-risk activities are properly reviewed, authorized, and executed safely. The role ensures compliance with SHES policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards, particularly in construction, wind, or solar energy project sites.

Duties and Responsibilities (Revised):

• Administer and control the Permit to Work (PTW) system for all high-risk activities on site.
• Review and verify permits for activities such as hot works, confined space entry, lifting operations, excavation, and electrical energization.
• Ensure Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) or Risk Assessment is completed and approved before issuing permits.
• Coordinate with HSE team, supervisors, and contractors to validate safety controls before work starts.
• Maintain a PTW logbook and tracking system to monitor active, suspended, and closed permits.
