Shift Chemical/Process Technician

• Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals/instructions
• Operate the process equipments at site in accordance with operation plan.
• Take measures to improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality after approval of shift senior technician
• Patrol plant process, confirm the condition of process and equipments and report disordered matter to senior shift  technicians.
• Prepare and organised patrol records
• Take a sampling for analysis of products and process evaluation.
• Report all incidents, near misses, deviation from plan and take part in further investigation when required.
• Assist in coordination of daily maintenance planning, and participate in maintenance activities and shutdown/start-up of sections.
• Provide support for maintenance group /quality control group, if any problem arises.
