Job description

HireArt is helping our client hire Shift Coordinators to help ensure the smooth execution of test operations.

In this role, you will manage vehicle and operator assignments, perform deployment readiness checks, and act as the central point of contact for all in-shift coordination and escalations. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and real-time communication with cross-functional teams.

As a Shift Coordinator, you'll:

Execute test plans by coordinating daily vehicle deployments and operator assignments.

Conduct pre-deployment checks (e.g., software branch validation, time sync, vehicle readiness) to ensure all vehicles meet operational standards.

Monitor vehicle fleet health in real-time using internal tools and dashboards.

Ensure all operators comply with safety and testing protocols.
