Job Summary  
Plans, monitors, controls, and evaluates the resources of utilities operations. Leads the plant's maintenance planning and execution. Prepairs and evaluates capital projects of the plant. 
Required Skills  
PLC Program Troubleshooting 
Instrumentation Servicing 
Preventive Maintenance and Inspection 
Team Management 
Qualifications  
Licensed Electrical or Electronics Communication Engineer 
With at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant handling machine maintenance
