Job Description

Job Description To organize day to day, preventive & predictive maintenance of the equipment used for the air-conditioning & refrigeration. 
(Utility)               1.  York makes Screw Compressor chiller 400 TR & 200Tr               2.  Daikin McQuay make Chiller 400Tr               3.  Centrifugal pumps, Sump Pumps, Air-handling Units & Fan Coils Units. 
              4.  Cooling Towers, Air Compressor, Vacuum machine and Boilers Etc. 
              5.   Laundry & Kitchen equipment’s,                 6.   Water treatment plant & STP plant               7.   D.G. 
set 1250 KVA, Emergency lights & UPS. 
Preparing the PPM schedule & energy conservation plan & implementing the same. 
Carrying out PPM of public, back of house area & all utilities as per PPM calendar To follow daily maintenance checklist for all critical equipments.
