Job Description

Qualifications: 
Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC) – required 
At least 1 year of relevant experience in engineering operations, preferably in the hotel, manufacturing, or facilities management industry 
Strong knowledge in HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, and other mechanical systems 
Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays 
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
