Shift Engineer

The Job

You will join the Manufacturing Section which is equipped with the latest manufacturing technology, advanced engineering control and lead the technicians to achieve smooth and safe plant operation and provides technical support for shift operation, process optimization and quality conformance.

The Daily

• Lead a group of Production Technicians in the safe and smooth running of the production.
• Assist to conduct activities and projects to optimize operation during shift to achieve operational and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend countermeasures.
• Monitor and ensure plant equipment integrity and reliability.
• Assist to support shift operation by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control.
• Train and develop team members.
