1. Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems
2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues proactively
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns in a timely manner
