An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Operations and Maintenance team at Lancashire Renewables Ltd working on a 5-shift system at our Thornton facility.
What you’ll be doing
The Shift Engineering Team Leader is key to keeping Lancashire Renewables running smoothly. This role covers a range of responsibilities across different areas of the business, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. Outside core operating hours, you’ll take charge of the site and team, ensuring everything stays on track. You’ll lead your team by following company policies and safety procedures, maintaining high safety standards, improving production processes, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
