Shift Facility Manager (Data Center in Sedenak Tech Park)

Overview

Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with facilities managers to handle routine management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Shift pattern is 12 hours, 4 days work and 4 days Off.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives.
• Recommend continuous management initiatives and energy management plan. Review existing operations regularly to reduce cost and improve operational standards. Actively search out opportunities to achieve better or best results and increase the energy efficiency (PUE – Power Utilization Efficiencies).
