Park Hyatt Doha is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Shift Leader – Events (Arabic Speaker) to join our Food and Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising event setups, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring flawless execution of all banquet and event functions.

**Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banquets/events operations within a luxury hotel
+ Strong leadership and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
+ Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
+ Knowledge of banquet setups and event service standards
