Key Responsibilities:

• Directing and managing the team during the Shift.

• Ensure that machines and other equipment are operational and meet safety standards during his shift.

• Handles customer interactions, and ensures customer satisfaction and compliance.

• Organize tasks and ensure efficient work flow during his shift.

• Reports to Supervisor and Managers the daily operational machine status and downtime.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry and handling people.

• Knowledgeable in pneumatic and refrigeration systems.
