As a Shift Leader, you'll be at the heart of our operations, orchestrating the safe and efficient end-to-end production of our beloved Philadelphia products.
You'll be instrumental in:
Leading a High-Performing Team: Guide, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 10-15 dedicated individuals, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee all shift activities, ensuring the seamless delivery of key performance indicators across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability.
Championing Safety & Quality: Cultivate a robust safety-first and quality-driven mindset across your team, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
