The Shift Manager Electrical Maintenance is a front-line supervisory position that is responsible for managing the day-to-day electrical maintenance activities within the respective area(s) of responsibility to ensure a reliable, safe, and continually improved operation.


Summary of Responsibilities:

+ Managing the maintenance of electrical equipment and providing the day-to-day supervision of the Electrical Maintenance Employees (MTE) within the assigned department/area

+ Develop into a maintenance expert for the electrical and automation systems within assigned area
