Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for a Shift Manager Electrical Maintenance at their Northshore Mining Company facility located in Silver Bay, MN. The primary responsibility of this position will be to direct and monitor the Hot Side electrical/instrumentation maintenance programs associated with the Hot Side equipment, facilities and power distribution systems. This will include direct supervision and leadership of the E&I maintenance work force toward the implementation and compliance to predictive, planned, and/or break in work schedules.
Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Create, foster and promote a positive atmosphere to support safe production goals in the mine and plant.
+ Promote and execute safe production.
+ Conduct safety and information meetings within area.
+ Coach, direct and develop technicians within their area.
+ Manage training needs and promotions for department personnel.<...
