We are looking for a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant partners, ensure proper scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and handovers. The manager will lead kitchen staff to achieve high‑quality products and target costs while reviewing daily store performance. Responsibilities include handling store funds, implementing cash control procedures, reducing restaurant expenses, and staying within budget.

The ideal candidate will maintain positive employee relations, promote teamwork, and serve as a role model and coach. Customer satisfaction is a core focus, so the manager will handle complaints, recover service issues, and build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management, or equivalent.
