Shift Manager

Gatron (Industries) Limited, one of the leading manufacturing companies operating in Pakistan. We are recruiting Shift Manager Chemical (Polycon Department) for our plant based in Hub Chowki.

The shift Manger is responsible for managing the daily operations of a specific shift or production line in a continuous operation plant. The primary focus is on ensuring that production goals are met, and that quality, safety, and efficiency standards are being maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take over charge from the outgoing Shift Manager and monitor handing and taking over charge of shift crew and conduct the shift round. (Operational).
• Oversee the activities of production staff, including DCS Engineer & DCS Operator, operators, and quality control personnel, to ensure that production goals are met and that quality standards are maintained. (Operational).
