Job Description

Introduction A leading automotive component producer seeks a Shift Manager to lead the value stream/process on a shift to maximize throughput, productivity, and product quality while minimizing downtime, wastage, and cost. 
Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirements: 
 Grade 12 
National Diploma in Engineering or Production Management 
 5 years' production or manufacturing experience 
3 years' experience in an automotive manufacturing industry 
Knowledge of WCM, Lean principles, Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental legal requirements, and industrial relations
