We are seeking a Shift Manager Jr, based in Guadalajara, MX, to join the Amazon Logistics team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery station, overseeing the under-the-roof (UTR) operation that focuses on the end-to-end process inside the building. You will lead a team of Process Assistants and Associates in daily activities, including operational execution, performance reviews, training sessions, and communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
