Job Title: Shift Manager
Reports to: Operations Manager-Manufacturing
Role Purpose
The Shift Manager is accountable for managing all aspects of production during their assigned shift, ensuring delivery against KPIs in safety, quality, volume, and cost. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that manufacturing processes are executed effectively and efficiently, aligning with Lipton's operational excellence agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Lead the execution of the daily production plan, ensuring targets for volume, efficiency, cost, and quality are achieved.
Own delivery of daily shift KPIs including OEE, line productivity, waste %, rework %, and energy efficiency.
Receive and verify raw materials and packaging stock prior to usage.
Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and timely replenishment.
Monitor and optimize material consumption to ensure minimal variance and waste.
