Be one of our Poppin new recruits for Popeyes! We are looking for a Shift Manager who will oversee restaurant partners, ensuring everyone has their schedules straight, overseeing opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper shift handovers, and leading kitchen staff to achieve high‑quality products and target costs. You’ll review daily store performance, ensure proper handling of store funds, and implement cash control procedures to prevent errors. Creating ways to reduce restaurant expenses and stay within budget.

Must be good at maintaining positive employee relations and promoting teamwork among Restaurant Partners.
