The Shift Manager is responsible for the overall hospital operation of program/services, providing ongoing support to front line staff after regular business hours. This includes the management of patient care activities, timely patient flow, appropriate resource allocation, and the management of department‑specific and hospital‑wide clinical and non‑clinical issues. This is accomplished in a way that is conducive to the growth and development of staff.

Requirements

• Member of a Regulated Health Profession
• Three to five years’ experience in an acute care clinical leadership role.
• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent.
