Sheffield/2 Days, 2 Nights (12-hour shifts)

Circa £62,500 (includes 30% shift allowance) Overtime paid when weekly average is exceeded

It's a shift leadership role in a serious manufacturing environment.

You'll be responsible for around 50 people on shift, overseeing Operations, Maintenance. Safety. Output.

The Role

You'll lead from the front.

First responder for accidents, breakdowns and production issues

Drive performance against the production plan

Challenge under performance and recover lost time

Oversee both operational and maintenance activity

Conduct HSE audits, risk assessments and investigations

Manage emergency response plans

Sign off work, reports and shift handovers

Use CMMS (Agility) to manage reactive work

Handle low level HR matters and shift cover
