Shift Manager

Educational requirements
Minimum of a Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field; Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Studies etc.
Experience required
Minimum of 4 years progressive food manufacturing experience - with a minimum of 1 years in a more senior production/operational role
Proven knowledge and experience with equipment, process and product design and commissioning – in line with requirement to maintain quality, throughput and effectiveness
Proven capacity to convert requirements to an achievable output and effective communicator of progress to all business stakeholders
Successful project delivery through effective reporting team leadership
Deadline driven within a fast-moving environment
