Runs the entire restaurant, focusing on profitability, people, and operations by handling daily shifts, managing staff (hiring, training, scheduling), controlling inventory, ensuring food safety & cleanliness (QSC), driving sales, managing budgets, and delivering excellent customer service, often overseeing key systems like Training or Inventory.
