Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or any related field
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential
• Sales-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig Area
• Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Service Crew in delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards
• Ensure proper implementation of operational procedures, including the correct use and maintenance of equipment
• Enforce Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards in the store
