Be one of our Poppin new recruits for Popeyes!

We are looking for a Shift Manager who will oversee restaurant partners, ensuring schedules are accurate, opening and closing procedures are followed, shift handovers are proper, and leading kitchen staff to achieve high-quality products and target costs.

You’ll review daily store performance, manage store funds, implement cash control procedures to prevent errors, and create ways to reduce restaurant expenses to stay within budget.

Must maintain positive employee relations, promote teamwork, serve as a role model and coach to ensure understanding of service and product quality standards.

You’ll handle customer complaints, manage service recovery, build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
