Shift Managers/ Team Leaders

Their responsibilities include:

• Managing the operations of the business during a specific shift
• Coordinating and directing employees to ensure all tasks are completed
• Training new employees and providing ongoing training for existing staff members
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of the workplace
• Creating and maintaining shift schedules
• Overseeing cash handling and end of day cash reconciliation
• Enforcing company policies and procedures
• Performing administrative tasks such as reporting and paperwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
