Our client is looking for a Shift Officer to manage and streamline wet processing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring production efficiency, quality consistency, and adherence to operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute shift-wise production activities in line with planned targets
- Guide and manage machine operators and floor staff to ensure optimal productivity
- Monitor process parameters including chemical usage, cycle timings, and equipment performance
- Identify and resolve process-related issues such as shade inconsistencies or finishing defects
