Shift Operator (Based in Malaysian Phosphate Additives Sdn Bhd, Samalaju)

Responsibilities

• To execute shift production task in accordance with standard operating procedure
• To execute the instruction from control panel operator
• To constantly communicate with control panel operator as well as relevant production personnel and to assist mechanical, electrical and instrumentation personnel to conduct necessary work on site
• To regulate the process operating condition eg. temperature, pressure, flow etc when required
• To observe and check the instrumentation reading and products appearance
• To inspect equipment operating condition based on the guidelines
• To comply with safety and health practices at work
• To keep working area clean and organized
• To complete any task assigned by plant supervisor
