Shift Production Leader

Your tasks- Supervise material, personal and financial resources In extrusion area to ensure compliance with the safety, quality, volume and productivity objectives of the assigned area, according to the guidelines established by the corporation (Corporate Policies, Internal Regulations).
**Profile**:- Engineering and/or Bachelor's degree.
- Available to rol shifts.
- Experience in tire manufacturing or related automotive industry (desirable).
- Experience in personnel management (Preferable unionized).
- Knowledge of production processes, Personnel Administration.
- MS Office advanced.
- Analysis and problem solving, Lean manufacturing, Quality System, ESH System, ERP, SAP.
- English intermediate.
- Collaboration, Ownership, Quality, Communication, Results Orientation.
