Overview

The Shift Leader oversees and ensures every aspect and detail of the shift runs smoothly. The Shift Leader will manage, and be accountable for the Production and Packaging departments, and follow up with Support Teams (Sanitation, Maintenance Quality and Warehouse). The Leader will lead by example and is responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive Operations Team i.e., Production, Packaging, Quality Control, Maintenance, Sanitation and Warehousing. He/she will assure that both internal and external customer needs are met, while conforming to budgets, and schedules. A strong emphasis will be placed on developing, coaching and mentoring Lead Hands and Hourly Employees.
