Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Shift Supervisor oversees daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across guest services, housekeeping, and food & beverage. Key tasks include managing reservations, supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, overseeing cash and inventory, and enforcing safety protocols. This role supports the Hotel Manager in delivering excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of HRM, Business, Engineering, or a related course
• With experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality or a service-oriented industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Google Docs and spreadsheets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Physically and mentally fit with a positive attitude
