Job Description
Immediately hiring Team Leads for a large metal manufacturing and machining shop on the southside of San Antonio. This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day management of production activities and achieving production targets with required capabilities, yield and lead time.
Pay is up to $23/hr. based on experience and shift
12 hr. PM shift (6:15pm-6:30am) & 8 hr. AM shift (6am-2:30pm)
Duties:
- Responsible for running and setting up general purpose machines (Milling, Drilling and grinding), special purpose machines and CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Turning centers, CNC surface grinding machines) etc.
- Responsible for performing Hydro pneumatic presses and manual coining/tweaking.
- Troubleshooting the problems arising in routine work of secondary processes.
