Shipboard Guest Experience Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Junior Guest Relations Officer to manage guest interactions and ensure an exceptional service experience. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in front desk/reception within a high-star hotel and the ability to communicate fluently in English and preferably additional languages.
