Overview

Salling Search is currently recruiting for an experienced Shipbroker for a reputable Singapore-based shipbroking company. This person will be trained directly by one of the cofounders of the firm, and will be taken under his wing for guidance.

Qualifications/Requirements

For this role it is a must that you have the following skills, traits or past experience:

• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (broking experience is preferred)
• Develop new customer base whilst building strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide market updates and research for clients.
• Articulate with good interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Conducting market research to obtain key data for analytical purposes.
• Fixing cargo for profit maximization.
