OverviewA Day in Your Life at MKS: This position will report to the Shipping Coordinator and involve daily operations related to shipping finished goods.ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative duties supporting shipping of finished goods.Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies.Handle routine questions & problems, maintaining open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.Confirm accuracy of invoices, bills, charges related to shipment of goods.Log order information into the computer, file and distribute paperwork as necessary.Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other areas.Required SkillsMinimum of 0–1 year of related experience.Physical Demands & Working ConditionsPerform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods.Lift up to 50 lbs.Good manual dexterity and coordination of objects below, at, and above shoulder level.Communicate information clearly.Operate in a professional office and/or...
