Shipper/Receiver

Gillfor Distribution is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our branch in Sudbury, Ontario. As part of our Lumber Yard team at our Sudbury Distribution Centre, you will work in a team environment reporting directly to our Yard Supervisor. You will be responsible for efficiently and accurately assembling customer orders, serving customers in the yard, maintaining the presentation and organization of warehouse materials and loading customer trucks. This is a full-time, in-person position at our Sudbury, Ontario location.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers as they enter the yard
• Load and unload building materials operating a forklift
• Prepare, pick and pack customer orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lumber and building material industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with commitment to doing things right
