Job Description

 Position Overview:  This position will act as the Lead for the shipping and receiving departments to ensure daily objectives are met, issues are troubleshot, reviewed, and resolved.  Location:  Hartland, WI  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Coordinates transportation of freight including both Dorner and Customer routed freight. This will include parcel, LTL, FTL, air and ocean transportation.
 Communicates with internal and external customers regarding shipment status, freight quotations, documentation, methods and issues.
 Identifies and fixes shipping errors.
 Assists in developing and improving standardized work within the shipping and receiving departments as well as improving safety, quality and delivery.
 Supports collaboration between departments to solve problems and seek solutions.
 Work alongside Shipping Manager and individual cells to improve upon pack out accuracy.
