Shipping Assistant (Clementi / Up to $3.7k + AWS +VB / Short Notice) - SS10

Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm ( NO OT Required )

Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore

Basic: $3,000 - $3,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus ( March )

• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping requirements
• Proficiency in ERP systems, shipping software, and relevant IT tools
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, preferably handling marine or engineering equipment and spare part

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation of goods from warehouse to various destinations
• Manage billing to customers with high accuracy
• Preparation and Stock entries into system
