Responsibilities

• Take charge of export shipments to East Malaysia and Brunei - Loading from OEM warehouses.
• Ensure shipments are executed according to schedule and avoid additional costs such as trailer or container detention.
• Manage container requests and movements (laden and empty) to and from OEM warehouses.
• Prepare and manage full sets of export shipping documents in accordance with international standards and buyers’ instructions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Arrange cargo surveys (Brunei) and ensure insurance coverage is in place prior to shipment.
• Create shipments in the M3 system and update shipping information to facilitate branch operations upon shipment arrival; ensure shipments are properly connected in the M3 system after loading is compl...
